Purple Moon Herbs & Studies Course Refund Policy
Purple Moon Herbs & Studies courses have participation limits in place to ensure attendees have the best experience possible. Our Refund Policy is structured to accommodate those limits, as well as the limitations of lodging space at our Lowood Education Center.
All of our courses have a grace period during which you may cancel and request a refund for the course fee you've paid. The end date for the grace period is posted on the home page and course page of our website. A $50 processing fee is deducted from ALL refunds issued.
After the grace period end date, NO REFUNDS will be issued. This applies to both the course fees and lodging expenses for our Lowood Education Center you've paid.
After the grace period end date, NO CANCELLATIONS for courses and lodging arrangements will be accepted. If you're paying in installments, or have yet to pay for your course and lodging expenses for our Lowood Education Center (if applicable), you still need to pay the balance(s) due.
